So it is time to get serious about my health and my out of control weight gain. It affects every aspect of my life and I am really feeling the fat these days. This is my "come to Jesus" moment...I'm going to face the truth here in word, thought, feeling and photo. I promise myself to put only the fat ugly truth here, however with that will come a lot of humor.
I don't do this to beat myself up, but rather to find my true self that has been hidden away for many years. Let the journey begin now.
